If I were to take a handful of pennies and drop them on your table, how long would it take for you to find the shiniest one? I’d guess only a second or two. When selling in today’s market, your home needs to be the shiny penny. Back in the early 2000′s it was fairly common to put a “For Sale” sign in your yard, have an open house, and you’d receive an offer (if not multiple offers) within a few days. Things started to change in 2007 and 2008, and that strategy simply won’t work today.
